1. Application: Fans and blowers, pumps, general purpose motors where a high efficiency and speed regulation is needed.

 

2. Overall and joining dimensions: Depending on their application, the motors can be with standard joining dimensions according to IEC, but can also be customized to the unit where they are integrated. The joining surfaces, holes and shaft dimensions can be customized too in order to assure the easiest coupling.

3. Supply of the electric motor:

The electric motor is supplied by a VSD which is built-in the motor. It can be placed either in the terminal box or in the rear shield of the motor. The basic supply voltage can be both single- phase and three-phase both 50Hz and 60Hz. It can also be supplied by a battery.

4. Nominal power and speed of rotation:

These motors can be offered with nominal speeds of: 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000 rpms. The speed of the motor can be adapted manually or through a remote system in a particular range.

 

The whole series of motors with built-in inverter is characterized with compact design, weight and extremely high efficiency in the range of 89%-93% when loaded with 25% up to 125% of the nominal power. Together with the VSD the efficiency is in the range of 81%-85%. Depending on the nominal speed there are different powers of the motors:

Nominal power: 1,1kW, 1,5kW, 1,8kW, 2,2kW, 3,0kW, 4,0kW and 5,5kW

1500rpm

Nominal power: 1,1kW, 1,5kW, 1,8kW, 2,2kW, 3,0kW and 4,0kW

1000rpm

Nominal power: 0,75kW 1,1kW, 1,5kW, 1,8kW and 2,2kW

750rpm

Nominal power: 0,55kW, 0,75kW and 1,1kW
